The Location Company believes that personal privacy is a basic right of all individuals, and we therefore do our utmost to ensure that the privacy of both customers and workers is protected. Consequently, WorkPlace has various built-in features and policies:

	End-user control: tracking stops when the Location Function is disabled in the handset's Info Menu or as soon as the handset is switched off.
	Security and encoding techniques are employed on the network so end-users cannot be identified. Profiles cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.
	WorkPlace information is only available to the subscribing organization to which the user is affiliated.
	End-user location information is only transmitted to and from subscribers and subscribing organizations who have expressly authorized or requested the WorkPlace service.
	Locating functionality is only enabled for those who have given their express consent to be on the WorkPlace system.

Additionally, The Location Company conducts business only with companies that support the right to individual privacy.

The Location Company strictly adheres to the relevant Personal Data Privacy Ordinances enacted by the Government of the Hong Kong SAR* as well as professional guidelines laid down by the telecommunications industry and its regulators.
