Duties:
Processing customer information requests;
Managing customer accounts (including activation, suspension and termination);
Managing customer problems;
Training customers in the usage of our services and associated products;
Proactively contacting customers with information;
Maintaining & enhancing customer satisfaction;
Managing customer contacts across all channels;
Liaise with internal technical staff to track the progress of complaint handling and providing feedback to customers.

To qualify for the position, a candidate must have:
Form 5 or above;
At least 2 years customer services experience;
Good problem solving abilities in emergency situation & keep calm;
Strong evidence of a customer service orientation and mindset - patient, proactive, responsive, infectiously enthusiastic;
Strong, tactful customer services skills and good problem solving abilities;
Fluent in Cantonese; good command of English a plus;
A willingness to work shift duty.
